Halloween Fall Parade

Well it isn't officially a Holloween Day but we celebrated early so that most parents will be able to join us. We had the parade in the morning. All the kids came dressed in sooo many beautiful n cute costumes. I had a few good laughs cause some of them look plain CUTE.. Seriously Cute!! Race car driver, mechanics, Chinese spacemen (he wore tat hat pigtail as well as his space helmet), then there are elmo, tigers, witches, belly dancer, cowgirls, superheroes n the best of all macam macam punye princess..
.
Days before the parade, the gerls in class have already inform me abt their costumes. "I'm gonna be a fairy princess!!", "I'm a flower princess", "Princess Jasmine", "Princess Ariel".. Haiz.. Snow princess, pink princess, snow white! Well the bottom line is there are way too many princesses on that day.. I cannot tahan seeing them twirling ard and acting oh so mentel.. hahaha! But they are very happy to show their frends thier "magic" wand, tiaras, necklaces and bracelets.. Some even came in their pink heels! hah.. The plastic kind..

Well all the students had to circle the school compounds twice. There are parents, grandparents, nannys, siblings taking video n pictures of their loved ones.. =) Then they go back to class n did a few halloween crafts n lastly they had their Class party. Class 11 is lucky to have Miss Shannen as our Class Parent. She bakes the best cookie, brownie n cupcakes.. Yummy! What was Miss Liana on tat day? Hmmm A coke bottle or maybe a coke can.. hehe! The kids dun get it.. Maybe they will one day in 10 years time, look back n notice the coke bottle of mine.. Oh my! Miss Liana is getting crazeee by the day.. hehe..

Old Macdonal Have a Farm E,I,E,I,O!!

Class 11 October field trip to Old Macdonald Farm was a blast..
I think i enjoyed myself more on the farm den raya itself!
Hehe..

2nd day of Raya was spend feeding the animals, taking a choo choo train (i was worried tat i would not be able to fit in the train!!), watching Alexandria feed the pigs.. Oh my, i didn't know pigs could be tat stingky and dirty.. How could you ppl eat it? haha.. N not forgetting tat wonderful picnic prepared by the class parents..
I love field trips.. hehe!

Alexandria is the youngest in the class and sadly her parents could not join us for the trip so i had to 'babysit' her.. haha! we look cute together.. I dun need to watch out for her, she's always holding on to my jeans.. She's always smelling me and coincidentally we are dressed alike on tat day. Pink jackets (was freezing tat day!!), jeans and a pair of sneakers.. hehe! People commented tat we may look like mother and daughter but the hair give it away.. haha! How could i have a blonde child?
Alex (she insist to be called by tat) was intrigued by the piglets... I tried my very best to stop her from feeding it! Who wouldn't want to ride a pony?
Unfortunately i'm over the weight limit.. sad kan?

Tomorrow, there will be a Halloween parade in school.. All the children will be dressed in their costumes. I'll dressed up as a supermodel cause i have a body just like a coke bottle.. Muahahahaha! The day is finally here... I'm good! =) U all tot i cry right? Ingat orang cengeng ke ape? hehe.. Actually i did la tapi tak teruk sangat! hahahaha... The day started with eid prayers at Relient Stadium. Besar tempat tu.. sooo many thousands of muslims was there to perform their eid prayers. It was an eye opening experience for me. There are arabs, paskitani, indians, malaysians, indonesians and of course our fellow singaporeans. However the Paskitani dominates more la.. And i can easily distinguish between the races the country they come from.. Oh my, you should see wad this paskitani people wear tat day! Macam nak pergi bollwood awards or something. dengan kasut tinggi dia, baju laplip, makeup setebal tebalnye. hahaha... But they look nice la while i look like i just got up from bed. well technically ya, i slept the whole hour journey. I was very tired and not forgetting cold. Gotta admit tat this is my first time performing eid prayers. i mean we ladies dun really go to the masjid right? But here different la.. All also go.. =) I really like it. To hear the takbir, haiz... Yana start nangis la! hehe...

After the prayers, we head off to aunty Julie's house for breakfast. Lontong! Den we went home to pick the 3 kids from school. Eid Mubarak is not a recognized holiday so the kids have to leave school with personal reasons. Den first house was aunty Melurs. Nice house, many food, many de ppl... I got a chance to meet Kak Nora.. hehe! =) Snap alot of pictures den next to aunty Fazilah's place.

Selamat Hari Raya!!

Ready to hear my never ending blabberings? Hah! Well here goes..

~ Here i am typing an entry on malam raya.. Wad does tat tell u? Go figure!!
.
~ I was so looking forward to my card rayas, baju kurungs, kuehs and duit raya.. But unfortunately it's stuck somewhere in Texas.. Gosh! Are they testing me or something?
.
~ Uncle John have just left to attend a week meeting in Singapore.. Yes!! Of all places Singapore.. N i so wanted to squeeze myself in his suitcase but to my dismay my babats stuck out.. Erghhh!
.
~ I just got back from Aunty Julie's house for dinner n i had a plate of lontong.. I was choking back my tears.. I soooo wanna eat nenek's cooking NOW!!
.
~ In the afternoon, i went to catch Steve's soccer match.. Well it's worth watching cause we beat the opponent 4-0! Hah.. N this would be my first time watching a soccer match dressed in long pants and 2 pieces of shirt inside my oversize sweater.. Freazing my butt off on the sidelines! I had to jump ard to keep my toes from numbing.. oooh, n on friday i watch my first football game too. Dina took me and her frens to catch Kingwood high against humble high.. They actually expect us to lose but on tat lucky nite we won for the first time in 7 years.. So we partied till late tat nite celebrating! At least i wasn't a party pooper this week.. hehe! N i would conclude now tat baseball is the most boring game ever just like golf and Football is just plain violent.. I mean all u do is push ur opponent down.. Ok i gotta admit tat till now i still dun understand the game..

~ Just yesterday, i couldn't handle all this homesickness ard me n soo i decided to splurge on myself.. Pamper me for once!! I dun have anyone to pamper me here... Wad did i get for myself? A whole set of Clinique products.. Yup!! It's so much cheaper here den back home.. I mean just imagine guys, i paid like over a 150 sing dollars just for a cleanser, toner and moisturizer.. Here i paid 49 bucks.. Yup!! N better still it comes with a makeup remover and a handbag.. Tat's not the free gift ok!! Well the free gift includes a huge makeup bag, blusher, eye makeup remover, mascara and face SUV 40 sunblock.. I mean is tat a good deal or wad?? Yippeee...

~ Wait! Did i mention to u guys abt me missing home? Well ya i am missing home...
.
~ Den i had a gift from nana Marge.. Tat's Uncle John's mum whu specially send me a gift from NY for aidilfitri! Hehe.. I bet baby wun like to hear this! But i got a box of Godiva chocs.. Muahahaha.. U shld see how i savour the taste of each bite.. I mean i told myself to have only 2 a day but i cant help it.. It's almost half gone.. Hehe!

~ I would now declare tat i dump Justin.. Yes u heard me right! I dump Mr Timberlake just a few days ago.. Our relationship didn't work out!! I mean he's good, charming, and not forgetting sexy but our schedule is always tight n we dun get to see each other tat much.. Hah! Someone must be rolling his eye... Haha! Ok forgive me for tat lame comment.. i mean give me a chance, i'm homesick remember? Well the full story is like this ok... A few days back Justin's Sexyback was on the radio.. N it's kinda a routine or a must ting for me to boogie with tat song.. Den the news came in tat Mr JT will be in houston.. Yup!! I mean he'll be here singing just a few minutes away from home.. Oh tat Sexyback!!! Of course u shld knoe tat i almost topple out of the shower and jumping ard n couldn't wait to tell dina n Aunty G... Then abt 5 minutes later i just froze and let's just say JT is history for me.. Nope! It's not because of the ticket price.. I can afford to buy 5 tickets! Not because of tuition.. I mean the kids will understand tat Miss Lian love JT.. Well the main reason is, Miss Lian will be away in New York.. Yup! New York was suppose to be something for me to brag abt but now all i wanna do is stay home and be with JT on March 4th.. Boo Hoo!

~ Well bout the New York trip.. It's suppose to be a 3 day conference thingy! Montessori is celebrating it's 100 years something n it's suppose to be a history in making on tat day.. So there'll be all these montessori teachers from ard the world (Singapore included) to attend seminars, workshops, meetings n stuff like tat... N Aunty G paid for my registration (600 bucks) n my sweet Uncle John gave both me n aunty G a surprise.. He's paying our air ticket n lodging n guess wad? I'll be there for a week instead.. Aunty G have booked those tour thing n we made plans to see trump tower, TRL building, Godiva Headquater store and Ground zero (e sept 11 place!!) Me of course happy la!!

~ N to cheer me up abt the JT incident, Aunty G will be paying for my ticket to watch Christina Aguilera.. Ok, i bet Audrey gonna kill me if she hear this!! Hhaha.. But i'm not really tat excited to see her.. But guess wad?? (I knoe there's alot of 'guess wad'. just bear with me okie! hehe) Pussycat dolls is doing the opening act... Hah! N i knoe of tat someone whu fancies Nichole so much.. awak pegi kahwin ngan dia ah! hmph!! Nura J la, Rossa la n now Nichole... Macam macam aje!!

~ Ooooh! Since i've dumped JT.. My fav song for now will be 'Sexy Love' by NeYo and 'Money Maker' by Ludacris n Pharell.. Ok tat's an old song but wouldn't it be nice for someone to dedicate 'sexy love' to me.. haha.. Neyo is not tat good looking but i wan a Pharell Look-alike tat's Muslim.. haha! But since i can only have him in my dreams, i'll just make do with Mr Faisal.. He can't rap or dance like Pharell but i bet Pharell can't write love poems and love letters like Mr Faisal do.. Muahahahaha!

~ In a few hours time i'll be heading to Relient stadium For eid prayers.. gotta admit tat this wld be my first time doing prayers in a stadium.. Will tell u more abt the xperience okie! Den after tat i'll be heading home den get ready for the open house.. Aunty Fazilah's place on mon, Aunty Julie's on Fri, Aunty Sherri on Sat and Aunty Anni on Sun.. I mean ya my schedule is packed n i get to eat somekind of malay food but there is a whole lot of difference! i mean i'm celebrating with ppl who i just met once or twice.. Arghhh! No use explaining...

~ I wanna go home...

~ Usually on malam Raya, i'll be super busy at home.. helping ibu isi the containers with the kuehs! Den a little bit of nagging here n there.. Den at nite we'll watch the Hari Raya show together.. Fun kan? Do you tink i can watch thru the suria website or something? Oh dun bother.. Life sucks!!

~ Yes u should knoe by now tat i'm pissed off.. Why? dun ask me why!! Cause i dunnoe why tat's why.. Arghhh wad rubbish am i toking on a night b4 raya? i shld be praying or something rite?

Me been super busy with my assignments.. Super i tak understand wad is written in tat book! It's like interpreting my lit book for my O's... haha!

Haze in singapore is worrying me! Is it like the one we encounter wen we were in P6? Tat was a terrible haze.. Ermm i tink u guys shld put on those face mask if it gets worse! hehe...

Here, the weather is getting super cold... I dun even like air cons n now i'm freezing wen i'm sleeping, bathing, eating n wen i go out in the sun! Brrrrr...

Raya is in 1 week+ time n i dun feel the atmosphere... Help Me!!

I sometimes have 2 or 3 buddies to sahur with me everyday.. Oreo, pearl n shadow will peer from the window and stare hard at me.. It was freaky at first but i'm enjoying their company now. (they are outdoor cats btw)

Someone makes me SupEr HappY today.. Like very very happy lor! Do u knoe wad he did? Was on a video call with him at 1.30am(sg time). Den we were talking abt Raya n i was getting sappy.. Was feeling abit low.. Den suddenly he dissapeared! N he emerged wearing his new red baju kurung siap dengan songket n songkok.. N he began singing raya songs n dancing the malay dance.. Well of course we all knoe he's bad at it! =) N he started making this lame jokes like he tot raya was tomorrow or sumting.. I was laughing hysterically! =) Was super cute la.. But anyway thanks for the effort eh.. Hehe! Nasib baik takde orang dlm bilik tu.. Mcm orang giler! Oooops! I was actually told not to tell anyone abt this.. But hey, i wasn't telling anyone whu did it. I'll just..........

A few days ago, i was pretty bored and so i took out my thumbdrive and this CD tat has all my old pics stored in it... Hah! Pictures all the way from Year 1 in Poly.. Boy, i sure wish i can go back and have tat simple school life! Actually i dun really wanna go thru the projects, meetings n stuffs but i just want those moments tat i shared with my close frens to repeat itself again..
.
There was alot of pictures that really make me laugh out loud (alone at home so nvm ma)! Our "innocent" faces n those with funny faces & poses.. Den there are those tat make u wanna cry cause u really really miss them alot.. The raya pics especially! I remember tat shot we took on the bridge at geylang.. I was the one whu initiated it! N i remember u gerls laughing at me wen i wanted to take pics of the dummys wearing baju kurung outside TKC and the lampu lap lip... I'm sure glad i did cause those pictures are really meaningful to me now! =)

Meanies, wad was the most memorable event among all tat we shared together during our school days? I can't make up my mind.. For me there's alot of stories behind each picture! Take some time to look at the pictures u've stored... U may find some things tat u didn't realised at first! Haha..

The bottom line is i miss my school days and my school friends... My meanies especially la! The days we laugh, gossip, washing eyes at boys whu deserved to be stared at and at times we do quarrel (now tell me where can u find a bunch of happy gerls working together?) but we manage to overcome our ill feelings, den there are days where we rush to school in a cab (anni must be smiling), days wen we cannot make up our mind on where to makan, days wen we stay late in school doing projects.. Arghhhh! I wanna do learning centers again la... hehe! And many many more memorable days... Let the pictures do the talking okie!

Many pictures kan? Gosh i have super more lor... Each n everyone of them is very special but i guess this is all at the moment.. If anyone of u whu is reading this are still skooling, do cherish the friendship n the moments you share with ur frens.. Things will be abit different wen u start going seperate ways after graduation! But luckily, all my meanies are still in the education line.. Ulfah will one day be a special needs officer (she really like to do this kind of work.. proud of u babe!!). Cikgu Lin, Audrey n Ayu, our future MOE teachers... All of them under NIE! (At least if i have a child one day, one of them can be her teacher.. hehe!). Than there's Yussy, Anni n Neeti.. Whu is still in the early childhood line! A salute to these ladies for being an educarer.. They are 'the' ones u wanna have as a teacher cause they are young, fun n happening! Hahahaha.. N for myself.. La, semua orang dah tahu kan? Future tai tai.. Hehe! Insyaallah, Yana satu hari nanti nak run my own montessori school.. Boleh kan? Haha..

To my muslim meanies, Selamat Hari Raya. Maaf zahir & Batin!! Forgive my wrong doings n if i've ever inflicted any bad feelings on u..
